1. Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.

2. Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it. If the agreement applies to a specially manufactured product - or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day we have provided information.
2.2 Exemptions from the right of withdrawal
Goods that are specially ordered for the customer, goods that are not included in our regular range, and spare parts are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
SALE goods are also exempt from the right of withdrawal and are not withdrawn. Please note that we always charge in advance for specially ordered goods, even for spare parts.
We do NOT take back prams that the customer has assembled or that have been bought directly in the store, even at a reduced price!
Only withdrawal of pram with delivery guarantee. The right of withdrawal does not apply to demo items, store items or SALE items.
2.3 Exercise of the right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it.
If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.
2.4 Obligation to repay:
We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days from the day we received the product or, if it is a service, the notification that you have regretted. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods. We do not redeem packages sent against cash on delivery or cash on delivery.
Contact us first via e-mail email@example.com before returning your package. Returns are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly.
Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. We do not collect packages or letters at the delivery point. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must, in the case of an item: send or return it to us immediately or by agreement.
3. Safety clause
We offer a birth safety clause when buying a pram. This means that upon presentation of a medical certificate of the miscarriage you can return the products. The stroller must be unused and returned in original condition.
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. Read our delivery terms here.
4.1 Uncollected packages
Your order will remain at the service point for 2 weeks. If it remains unredeemed the goods are returned to us.
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you SEK 250 for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee.
5. Abandoned shopping cart
If your purchase is canceled, we will e-mail you a list with the products that you had added to the shopping cart.
You can at any time choose to recreate the shopping cart with all the items or ignore the email if you do not wish to complete the purchase.
Price and availability of the products is based on the time you put the products in the shopping cart.
We reserve the right to change prices in connection with various campaigns with expiration dates. We reserve the right to sell the goods you have been looking at.
We reserve the right to make printing errors as well as errors in information and specifications regarding goods and services that appear in our range.
When you place your order with us, you state your social security number. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Data Protection Ordinance, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In that case, contact us by e-mail.
The National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN) provides free proceedings for private persons in case of dispute. It is our policy to follow the recommendations given by ARN.
Dispute between companies will be settled in district court.
9. Force Majeure
Both parties shall be relieved from satisfying this agreement, if its fulfilment is precluded, or essentially disabled by circumstances beyond their control or circumstances which could not reasonably be foreseen. The following and similar circumstances shall constitute reasons for relief, provided they hinder or aggravate fulfilment of the agreement: fire disaster, war, mobilization, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, common scarceness of goods, deficit in means of transportation, strike, lock-out, power outages, deficits in driving means, and errors or delays caused by sub-contractor because of circumstance, mentioned in this paragraph, or other circumstance, which the parties could not possibly control, which either prevents or aggravates the parties’ fulfilment in such a manner that it could not be done other than to an unreasonably high cost.
