Gamcha are felt products handmade by Nepalese women. In 2004, Shanti and Nirjala started making felt products. Since then, these two women have been strong - from the fact that they did everything themselves, there are now over 125 employees, most of them women. Their goal was to sell felt products and to create more jobs for women in Nepal, who rarely have the same conditions as men.
